Regional Manager Asia
Someone who gets energy from defining a regional strategy and the acquisition of new projects. You will be responsible for the management of a project portfolio, quality assurance of the project results, reporting and budget management. You have an eye for contributing to the ambitions of the Kadaster International team, with your management, knowledge and networking skills.
A responsible people manager
Your excellent networking skills result in good external and internal working relations and you are recognised as an authority in your profession. You are sharing responsibility for the development of our overall portfolio, professional skills and the positioning of Kadaster in the world. With a broad knowledge in areas relevant to Land Administration, you will act in a multi-cultural environment.
Together for the joint ambition
Communication is second nature to you, both oral and written. You fluently speak Dutch, English and a third relevant language. You are result-oriented and network-oriented and focus on the group interest while contributing to the joint ambition of our team. As a convincing diplomatic influencer you have a people-oriented management style.
With a relevant degree
With pride you have completed a relevant university degree or equivalent, e.g. Land Use Management, Geodesy, Geography, Development Studies or Environmental Sciences. With that degree, you have more than 10 years’ proven experience working in an international environment. You have worked with international donor organisations and have experience in tender procurement processes.
Working and travelling internationally
Your willingness to travel frequently and stay abroad goes without saying. Working in an international context is made for you. With national and regional governments, international organisations, NGOs, Academia and private sector companies. The portfolio of advisory projects of Kadaster International in Asia will be your responsibility. Together with your colleagues, you will be an employee of the Directorate of Administration and Strategy of Kadaster and the Kadaster International Department
As regional manager you are part of the management team (MT) of kadaster international and tasked with overall strategising, HR capacity planning, reporting to the Board of Directors of Kadaster and support to the team.

Learn and develop yourself in an informal atmosphere. You enjoy the opportunity to excel and to make choices that fit within a flexible 36-hour working week. Your gross monthly salary is dependent on knowledge and experience to a maximum of € 6.736,- per month, excluding a 25% individual budget.
