Geodetic infrastructure and National Triangulation Network expert
An innovator who initiates change. Together with your colleagues, you feel responsible for providing good products and services for the geodetic infrastructure of the Netherlands. By this you contribute to legal certainty in the Netherlands, accurate navigation and maps. You also develop a vision for the future of the national triangulation coordinate system and the relationship with international coordinate systems. And you have an keen eye for referencing geodetic observation techniques to these systems.
Product and process innovation advisor
You work on the development and monitoring of the relationships between the RD (Rijksdriehoeksmeting) and NAP (Normaal Amsterdams Peil) coordinate systems with ETRS89 and ITRS. You also develop and monitor the required GNSS infrastructure, such as AGRS.NL and information services like NETPOS, certified RTK networks and the GNSS data centre for RDinfo. In addition, you perform analyses on GNSS data, other measurements, as well as adjustment and testing results for internal innovation and external (international) consultancy projects. You can articulate this in clear language for both peers and laypeople. Using your network, symposium visits and publications, you will create visibility of the Dutch geodetic infrastructure, both nationally and internationally.

Jouw profiel

An academic with geodetic experience
You follow the developments in science and industry for geo-information acquisition and processing techniques. In addition to surveying techniques, such as levelling, tachymetry and GNSS, this also includes photogrammetry, laser altimetry, radar interferometry and gravimetry. You understand and monitor geometric and non-geometric quality of data. In addition, you have experience with project management, affinity with IT and you are able to read and edit software code (C++/Java) or scripts (Perl/Matlab) for experiments.
